Shipping

Orders ship in 5-7 business days.

Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

Delivery time depends on your location. 

You may receive your order in multiple shipments. 

Our warehouse hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Orders received after 5pm will begin processing the following business day.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of order delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.


To process a return, we require your order number and/or proof of purchase.


Please do not return any items without approval.


Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and approved your refund.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card, original method of payment, or store account.


Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless otherwise marked.


Exchanges 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise noted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, approved the exchange, and when to expect the exchanged item.
